All field procedures conform strictly to municipal codes and uniform plumbing safety regulations.
3. Upfront Flat-Rate Pricing & Written Estimates
Before beginning any water heater replacement or installation, our technicians present a written, itemized flat-rate quote. This quote encompasses all necessary hardware, code safety items (such as thermal expansion tanks, seismic straps, and pressure relief piping), old unit draining and haul-away, and labor. No additional work is performed without prior customer authorization.
4. Manufacturer & Workmanship Warranties
Newly commissioned appliances carry comprehensive manufacturer equipment protections provided directly by trusted builders such as Bradford White, Rheem Manufacturing, A.O. Smith Corporation, and Navien Inc. Furthermore, our company guarantees all connected mechanical labor and workmanship against installation defects. Exclusions include extreme line pressure shocks exceeding code thresholds, dry-firing without water flow, or failure to perform periodic sediment draining.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing our technicians with safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the installation area (basement, closet, mechanical room, or attic), main water shutoff valve, electrical breaker panel, and gas meter shutoff where applicable.
